How does the 14-day free trial work?
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your account settings. If you upgrade mid-cycle, you’ll be charged a prorated amount. If you downgrade, the change takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and PayPal. Enterprise customers can also pay via wire transfer or invoice.
Is there a discount for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save XX% compared to monthly billing. You’ll be billed once per year and can cancel anytime for a prorated refund on unused months.
What happens if I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel anytime from your account settings. You’ll retain access until the end of your current billing period. Your data is stored for 90 days after cancellation in case you decide to return. After 90 days, all data is permanently deleted.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price you see is what you pay. There are no setup fees, cancellation fees, or hidden charges. Data feed costs from your broker are separate and not included in Traider Coach subscription.
